I specialize in Graphic designs and 3d architectural design and 3d rendering, I construct in full, photo-realistic 3 dimension floor plans into real images using architectural C.A.D. (Computer Aided Drawings).
Houses are meticulously drawn and I am able to do a ‘walk-through’ which makes my houses very precise when it comes to layout of floor plans. Furniture layout has been calculated to make the best of each and every room.
There are also many assets than can be added to enhance the character of a home. One can choose color schemes, different roof, cladding, patios, tiling (actual), background (actual), decorative finishes and all in 3D Photo-realistic finish BEFORE your home is even built!
Viewing your home in reality BEFORE it is built is advantageous in so many ways.
Having so many ACTUAL images of a floor plan you don't have to guess or imagine how it would look on the plot and if it would suit your family and you can SEE where columns, stairs, archways, windows and doors are and what they will look like in reality. Painting colour schemes are a breeze with 3d Rendering. One can then make necessary changes before it becomes a huge costly mistake.

I have designed hundreds of houses and many have been built. My clients take my Houses and plans to their local Drafts person in their area, working plans are then drawn up for the local authority and passed. I have done numerous renovation renders and I have rendered photo-realistic images from floor plans for clients. It is very hard to explain to a drafts person what it is you exactly want in a home, much easier to have 3D Renders with dimensions and a plan and added advantage with, windows and door Schedules with dimensions for him/her to work on, more accurate for costing, planning, size, placement, projection.
I am not an architectural engineer or a qualified drafts person, I am qualified by experience, I have been doing this now for 20 years. I love design, aesthetics and the philosophy of feng shui which I thoroughly believe in and the reason you will ask me, why is it I never bothered to become a drafts person and I will reply, because I enjoy designing houses and although I have nearly done the architects job for him, I will leave him to finish up with overall underground piping, guttering and so on.
